Helio Posts All-seeing over your company's LinkedIn. Nothing goes out until a person says yes. Home

Terms of service

Helio Posts is operated by Nexborne Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 17375877. These terms cover your use of the service. Last updated 24 August 2026.

The service

Helio Posts drafts, schedules and helps you publish content to LinkedIn company pages you control, and helps you decide what to promote with paid budget. It is a tool used by you. It does not act on its own behalf.

Early access

Helio Posts is in early access and free while it is. We will give you notice before that changes, and no card is held. Being in early access means some features are still being built, and where one is not finished the product says so rather than implying otherwise.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what people you invite do in your account.
  • You must have the authority to post on behalf of any company page you connect or publish to.
  • One person, one login. Do not share a login between people: the approval record names a human, and it is worthless if that name covers several.

Your content

The notes, media, brand material and posts in your workspaces are yours. We process them to run the service for you, as set out in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not use one customer's material to write for another.

What you must not do

  • Publish content you do not have the rights to, or that is unlawful, misleading or defamatory.
  • Use the service to post on a page you do not control, or to impersonate a person or company.
  • Attempt to break, overload or work around the limits of the service, or use it to breach LinkedIn's own terms.

Drafts are drafts

Everything Helio Posts writes is a draft for a person to check. It is grounded in your own material and instructed never to invent a statistic, a client name or a claim, but it is generated text and it can still be wrong. Nothing publishes without a named human approving it, and that approval is your decision and your responsibility.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn is not affiliated with Helio Posts and does not endorse it. Where you connect a company page, your use of LinkedIn remains governed by LinkedIn's own terms, and access to their platform is theirs to grant, limit or withdraw. Some things are not possible through their API at all, and where that is true the product tells you rather than pretending.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. During early access there is no service level commitment. We will not delete your content without telling you.

Ending it

You can stop using Helio Posts at any time and ask us to delete your account and its content, and we will. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited in law. Beyond that, and because the service is currently free, our total liability to you is limited to any amount you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
